Manage project-controlled documents in accordance with client provided systems
Maintain and enhance procedures for collecting, filing and safekeeping project documentation.
Assist project managers, supervisors and staff to understand document control needs in order to comply with DAL, client, and contract documentation requirements
File and organize officially received and transmitted correspondence and documents from clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Implement and manage a document control numbering system to track transmittals, RFIs, PCRs and other project related documents and logs
Collect and maintain in a logical manner all documentation and correspondence in binders or electronically via DAL\xe2\x80\x99s server to ensure easy and quick accessibility and accurate retention and safekeeping
Assist with and prepare as needed the project\xe2\x80\x99s official turnover documentation for delivery to clients
Maintain drawings and engineering documents
Copy and distribute drawings, and other requested documents to project management and supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
B.A./B.S. in Administration or Construction Management preferred.
In lieu of education, five (5) to ten (10) years of direct related project experience in document control or records management is preferred.
SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret all forms of documentation to ensure accurate filing, retention and inclusion in turnover packages.
Ability to understand nomenclature and acronyms used in the pipeline construction industry and by clients.
Ability to learn, understand and use client and DAL\xe2\x80\x99s corporate management information systems.
Intermediate to strong skills in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe, and other information systems.
Ability to understand and interpret graphs, charts and tables.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to analyze work processes and suggest more efficient methodologies.
Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
