Are you interested in working on Federal Criminal investigations and trials with heavy domestic travel required? Leidos is looking for a highly-motivated, first-class Document Management Analyst II to join us in supporting the Violent Crime and Racketeering (VICAR) Section of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. The location is 1301 New York Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20530 but will involve frequent travel, particularly to Memphis, TN or Houston, TX. Though the amount of travel is to be determined, this individual should anticipate travelling at least 25% of the time and perhaps more than 50% of the time.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and track receipt of electronic discovery
Submit tickets for processing of electronic data
Conduct research using Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis
Electronic case filing using Pacer
Prepare witness binders and trial notebooks
Prepare and organize trial exhibits
Track the receipt of discovery using Excel spreadsheets
Perform database searches in Relativity
Code documents in Relativity
Create redactions in Relativity
Communicating with other DOJ components, Federal agencies and others as required in the course of investigations and litigation
Communicate with Paralegals and trial teams at local U.S. Attorney\xe2\x80\x99s Offices where cases are tried
Demonstrate agility of working on multiple cases and with different case teams
Assist attorneys with case organization and trial preparation
Assist attorneys at trial as needed
Digest and index legal documents
Scan hard copy case materials
Bates stamping using Adobe for softcopy and occasionally Bates machines for hardcopy
The pay for this position will be $21.47/hr.
Basic Qualifications:
Three years of experience on major legal support
Certain assignments may require experience or substantial undergraduate coursework in, for example, finance/accounting, health care, or substantial experience in the legal environment or in information technology.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree.
Hands-on familiarity with the Government\'s office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Relativity or other document review platform, Lexis/Nexis, Pacer, Trial Director, etc.
Should be a knowledgeable user of the Government\'s office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
Current or active clearance preferred.
This position is covered under the Service Contract Act and is subject to minimum wage requirements as well as the minimum Health and Welfare benefit. Leidos will ensure that all provisions are met through their wages and benefits. The pay for this position will be $21.47/hr.
