Job Description
Our client in Medina, New York is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join their team. As a Document Specialist, you will be part of the Document Control Department supporting QA and back office support.
Job Title: Documentation Specialist
Location: Medina, New York
Pay Range: $20/hour
What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?
- Assist the documentation control dept in maintaining all master and history copies of procedures
- Maintain document filing and archiving
- Document number assignment
- Office supply purchase requests
- Prepping, scanning, verification and archival of device history
- Basic knowledge of computer equipment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivilant
