Dog Handler & Weekend Supervisor
The Doggie Playhouse is looking to hire a motivated, hard working, animal lover for the position of Dog Handler & Weekend Supervisor at our Newark, DE location. Preferred applicants would be outgoing, personable and dedicated to working as a team with a strong focus on building employee-client relationships.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: providing instruction in group settings, supervising groups of dogs independently, maintaining a clean and safe environment for dogs, conducting positive interactions with clients, daily cleaning of the facility and other miscellaneous tasks that are subject to change.
Experience and/or certification in dog training is preferred. Applicants are encouraged to apply in person.
Applicants without full weekend availability will not be considered for this position.
