POSITION SUMMARY

Oversees and manages administration and compliance for Aleut Federal\xe2\x80\x99s Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) awards, GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) awards, and Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) programs. In this role, you will be part of the Contracts and Procurement Department (CPD) working to support successful fulfillment of Aleut Federal contract obligations. This position plans, develops, reviews, and administers policies and procedures for the general operation of contract compliance and its related activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with all aspects of cadet dormitory management duties
  • Provide direct customer service to cadets and CW staff; issue keys; manage guest linens; answer/route e-mails, Phone, Computer and verbal work order requests; and help maintain information on dormitory occupants
  • Expected to be aware of and help coordinate all job orders, work orders and contract projects affecting the dormitories in a manner that minimizes disruption to residents
  • May be required to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays to support dormitory management needs, such as cadet transition key issue
  • Participate fully in related regular office duties
  • Conduct weekly dormitory inspections and submit work orders as needed
  • Submit inspection reports to Facility Manager
  • Perform other duties to directly support Cadet Support Services mission needs
  • Clean laundry room
  • Keep track of machines that are not working and report them to Facility Manager
Work Experience:
  • One to two years experience in management of government dormitories
  • Equivalent experience will be considered
  • General clerical and customer interface experience beneficial
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in using computer and basic software, particularly MS Office
  • Understand, read, write, and speak fluent English
  • Able to receive and maintain a favorable Local Background Check (LBC) and National Agency Check (NAC) as applicable to position requirements
