Draw Coordinator/Loan Servicing Specialist

The Coordinator prepares and processes construction draws while providing superior customer service to Builders, Homeowners and Inspectors.

• Manage construction loan inventory from vacant lots to finished homes, prepare and update monthly board reports.
• Prepare budgets and verify budgets match loan booking and credit line availability.
• Order property inspections, update budget availability, submit documentation for approval and deliver to servicing for processing and disbursement of funds.
• Verify construction budgets balance with core system.
• Collect and track Builder\xe2\x80\x99s Risk Insurance, permits and form board surveys for all properties.
• Collect signed and notarized completion affidavits from builders and homeowners for final draw.
• Collect lein waivers as needed.
• Ensures deadlines are met, needs are addressed, and problems are solved.

The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for the funding, booking, and servicing of loans in a high-risk, high-production environment.

• Book new, renewed, or modified loans to Jack Henry Silverlake
• Create the Customer Information File (CIF) and verify the appropriate information.
• Disburse loan proceeds and make the appropriate debit and credit entries to the appropriate general ledger account.
• Validate post-closing ticklers are updated.
• Daily Balancing of previous days\xe2\x80\x99 processing
• Post payments and/or advances
• Billing/ auto debit setup requests
• Complete and/or approve payoff requests.
• Research posting issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and working knowledge of user needs.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Maintain knowledge of current Loan Policies and Procedures
• Process paid loans
• Assist internal as well as external customers in a timely manner.
• Provide general backup as needed within the Loan Operations Area and provide additional requests as necessary.

Education/Experience Preferred:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial booking and/or servicing experience.
• Must have exceptional skills in posting to and reconciling general ledger accounts
• Knowledge of Jack Henry Silverlake/similar core banking systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and all other Microsoft applications
• Ability to learn new systems and understand additional bank system functionality.
• Must possess exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and exercise extreme attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to complete daily tasks as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs. in an office setting.
