Job Title: Driver/Transportation CoordinatorLocation: Hayward, WIWeekly salary plus paid mileage per trip:IMPORTANT: This person will be the main driver and point of contact for Main Transportation.The Driver/Transportation Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of employees and ensuring our customers are transported in a comfortable, safe, and timely manner. They oversee all aspects of transportation planning, including scheduling, routing, arranging regular cleaning and vehicle maintenance, and managing trip sheets. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs. Home base for this company is in Hayward, WI, with trip needs up to a 300 mile radius.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking all client calls on company provided phone.
• Following each call, you are responsible to either take the ride, or route the needs to all other company drivers.
• Incoming calls can and will come at all times of the day and night. All calls are expected to be answered.
• Tracking routes to ensure on time pick up and drop off times.
• Ensuring all mileage and wait time is recorded and delivered on time to transportation managers.
• Handle client concerns and direct any problems to suitable parties.
• Support management team to supervise transportation personnel.
• Ensure compliance to all security as well as operational procedures.

Requirements:

• 24/7 availability for phone and driving needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid unexpired driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation operations preferred
• Experience in transportation planning or a related field preferred

Wage

• Weekly salary between $200 - $300 per week based on experience
• Plus per driven mile payout with a potential to make roughly $1,500+ per week based on miles driven.
