Job Description
Drywall Contractor with multiple offices through the South is seeking a Drywall Estimator for their team in the Oklahoma City office!
Construction Estimator will be responsible for:
- Bid and manage commercial drywall projects
- Accurately bid, complete CO\'s, RFI\'s
- Provide leadership to project teams
- Be a hands-on leader
Strong backlog of projects|Great reputation in the Oklahoma and Texas market
Construction Estimator/PM must have the following:
- 5-10+ years of Estimating and project management
- Experience with Tenant Finish Out
- Proficient with quick big and OST (on screen take off)
- Experience in projects ranging from $200K to $2M
- A combination of experience in either Hospital, Airport, Corporate, K12, University, Retail, Municipal, Military, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and clients.
