Job Description

We\'re looking for a Front-End developer who is eager to work with modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, and NextJs to help us develop applications used by millions of users across our entire company, both internal and customer facing.

Your responsibilities will include taking our projects from design to fully functional, maintaining our existing applications, as well as bringing new ideas & implementations that can help speed up our workflows, improve performance, and generate conversions. User experience analysis and/or design is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years development experience.
• Proficient in hooks based React development.
• Experience with Context/Redux or similar state management solutions.
• Experience building user-interface designs from scratch, able to build components from mockups.
• Bootstrap or tailwind experience is a plus, or you\'ve written your own style library.
• Ability to work in a re-usable & smart fashion.
• Solution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency. Your code reflects you.
• Independent thinker who can accomplish their tasks without micro-management, constantly hitting aggressive timelines.
• Ability to clearly think through and articulate problems & solutions.
• Eager to learn and use new technologies. Enjoys sharing new ideas and tech.

Nice to have

• Typescript knowledge.
• SSR or NextJs experience.
• Google Analytics and social/marketing knowledge.
• Experience with performance testing including page speed optimization and Google Page Metrics.
• Prior NPM package publishing/maintenance.
• Java experience.
• Have your own public git-repo/NPM package or help maintain a public repo.
• Adobe creative suite knowledge.
• Cypress or other E2E testing.
• WordPress development knowledge.
• Flutter or other mobile development experience.
