eBay, Inc. seeks E-Commerce Marketing Analyst 4 in New York City, NY

Job Duties: Conduct campaign execution, optimization, and ongoing monitoring. Define and manage campaign objectives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Analyze campaign performance, contextualize trends, spot outliers, opportunities for improvement. Influence campaign strategy \xe2\x80\x93 staying aligned and working towards achievable outcomes. Work with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise, decipher technical requirements and inform solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish clear marketing goals and deliverables. Conduct ad hoc issue investigation and quantification of business impact. Communicate results consistently and clearly. Contribute to test ideation \xe2\x80\x93 hypothesis, measurement, and design. Create and organize regular reporting documents and status updates. Utilize knowledge and experience with data mining, Excel, SQL, adept at data visualization. Telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.\xe2\x80\x8b

Minimum Requirements: Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Integrated Marketing, or a closely related field plus one years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Integrated Marketing, or a closely related field plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Special Skill Requirements:

Python and R language Problem solving and critical thinking Presentation Leadership or ownership of projects Stakeholder management SQL and Structure data knowledge Data analysis, visualization, and insights Testing methodologies and best practices Excel

Salary Range: $\xe2\x80\x8b117,042 to 131,250.00 \xe2\x80\x8b per annum.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
