Maximus is currently looking for an Education and Training Liaison to support the Montana Employment and Training project. - Provide coaching to workshop facilitators on implementing successful strategies to achieve project outcomes.
- Assist participants in finding jobs by matching their skills and experience with jobs and career opportunities.
- Help participants with job retention and career advancement services.
- Work with participants to provide information on how to access government-sponsored programs and receive related program services.
- Serve in a lead capacity as needed by mentoring and advising lower level staff, and handling complex or escalated issues.Minimum Requirements- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6 years of related experience required.
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in training delivery required.
