• Minimum pay $19.75/hr
• $2,500 Sign on Bonus*

1st Shift Schedule:

• This position is for 1st shift.
• Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 7:00AM \xe2\x80\x93 3:30PM
• Overtime available on a business need basis.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work in the conformal coat, wire prep, and wave solder areas.
• Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
• Accurately read blueprints.
• Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
• Accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other work instructions.
• Take ownership of the accuracy of processes and understand the impact of nonconforming work.
• Must be able to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities.
• Ability to focus on safety and quality is extremely important.

• Comply with applicable elements of quality systems (ACE).
• Meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by the team.
• Work successfully in a team environment.
• Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required.
• Comply with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
• Handle multiple tasks

Basic Qualifications:

• HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder.
