Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced

Electrical Foreman

to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for leading, training, and mentoring the project crew, prioritizing and delegating responsibilities, communicating with the tradespeople on the job site, and tracking project schedules to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Reports on job status and performance. Controls job costs. Develops and maintains productive relationships with peers, customers, GCs, and subcontractors. Ensures compliance with Installation policies and procedures, including project tracking, safety, time and attendance, etc.

Qualifications

5+ years of electrical experience Knowledge of construction principles and practices, including efficient use of labor hours.
