As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and organized Electrical Foreman to join our team!

Duties



Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical workers on-site to ensure efficient workflow. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan electrical installations and modifications. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards. Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and resource needs. Manage the use of tools such as ohmmeters for testing electrical systems. Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians, fostering a culture of safety and quality workmanship. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall project framework.

Skills



Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding complex electrical schematics. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations related to electrical work. Experience with construction estimating techniques for accurate budgeting. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting electrical issues on-site. Knowledgeable in pipeline installation processes related to electrical systems. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals. Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. Occasionally work around loud noise (examples: metal can manufacturing, large earth-moving equipment) Occasionally work around very loud noise (example: jack hammer work) Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Automobile
