Inc., of Vernal, Utah, is searching for a full-time Electrical/Renewables Engineer to plan and design moderate to complex electrical and renewables (PV Arrays and Battery Storage BESS) projects while working closely with the Engineering and Renewables Team to facilitate the successful accomplishment of project goals and objectives.We are willing to pay for the best candidate for the Electrical Engineer role. • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline required.
• 5+ plus years of professional experience working on utility scale renewables, battery storage (BESS), and high voltage substation projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or Passing grade in taking the Professional Engineering Exam and able to be licensed.
• Knowledge of project management delivery process tools.
• Clearly communicates with the project team, clients, and owner's.
• Able to perform value engineering of renewables system designs, perform electrical calculations, recommend and direct engineering teams on value-oriented solutions to meet project expectations and requirements.
• Perform quality control reviews of engineered construction documents and studies and provide clear feedback to design teams and owner's.
• Familiar with electrical engineering software for preparing construction documents and performing electrical studies.
• Able to coordinate with utility companies to aid in planning and permitting of interconnections.
• Opportunity to work remotely, if desired.
• Offices located in Windsor Colorado, Vernal Utah, Salt Lake City Utah, Ogden Utah, St. George, Utah, Boise Idaho, and Phoenix Arizona.
