Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Electro-Optical (EO) Engineer for an exciting Orlando, FL position!
Candidate will participate in the Engineering "Early Career" program which is focused on the development of key Engineering skills applicable to the company\'s product portfolio. Candidate will perform a variety of Engineering tasks and assignments that will promote the development of their engineering and interpersonal skills in a structured framework within the engineering disciplines, such as Electrical, Optics and Photonics, and Software.
The engineer will work in a cross-discipline team environment. Tasks include the generation of analysis performance reports using standard electro-optical modeling software; investigation and analysis of relevant variables potentially affecting the product. Additional tasking includes developing and maintaining engineering models and simulations that provide the basis for engineering predictions of sensing and seeker system and subsystem performance.
Electro-Optical Engineering candidates are interested in passive and active sensor technologies and capable of learning and performing various tasks such as optical physics modeling, sensor analysis, sensor characterizations, and image processing development.

West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.
