Emergency Physician Professional Association (EPPA) is a leading provider of emergency medical services committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients in need in the state of Minnesota. We are a democratically governed, independent physician group, with an ownership opportunity within two years of joining. EPPA is currently staffing 7 Twin Cities metro hospitals, 1 central MN hospital, 5 regional/rural sites, and 3 Urgency Rooms (free-standing acute care clinics \xe2\x80\x93 owned and operated by EPPA). Patient volumes across all sites range from 9K-75K per year.We are a collegial team and partner closely with colleagues across medicine in a multi-disciplinary team setting. We have long-term, stable partnerships with our health systems and the consulting physicians across our practices. • Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree, required
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Emergency Medicine
• Current State of Minnesota MD or DO license and DEA, required
• Successful candidates must submit to TB testing and any vaccinations recommended by OSHA Guidelines

Zone DetailsThis position will report to our HealthPartners Zone. We stagger what sites you cover depending on your tenure at EPPA. We start everyone at our larger hospitals and then expand to regional and Urgency Room coverage as new hires feel comfortable. You do not work at all sites and will work with zone leadership on which sites you will cover. Physicians in this zone will have the opportunity to work at the following facilities:
