Youxe2x80x99re a multitasker who can react quickly, prioritizing patients based on their medical necessity while providing emergency triage to others. • Use emergency triage protocol to intake, discharge or admit patients.
• Deliver stabilizing care to emergency patients of all ages as part of the larger ER team, adapting care to changes in patientxe2x80x99s condition as needed.
• Use knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and customs. Document the nursing care plan and changes in the patient's condition.

• One (1) year RN experience
• Current AZ State RN License in good standing
• Current American Heart Association BLS card
• American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months of hire
• PALS or ENPC within 12 months of hire

Preferred:

• One year emergency room or critical care experience
• Experience in pediatrics
• ENA membership
