Their primary role involves developing strategies and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and productivity.The Program Manger spearheads initiatives aimed at optimizing employee engagement and productivity. Working closely with HR, management, and various departments, you will develop and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of engagement and belonging. Your role will be pivotal in identifying areas for improvement, designing programs to address employee needs, and measuring the effectiveness of engagement initiativesDevelop and execute engagement strategies:Create and implement comprehensive plans to improve employee engagement, including recognition programs, team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and professional development opportunities.Gather employee feedback:Conduct surveys using our employee engagement survey platform, form focus groups, and exit interviews to understand employee sentiment, identify areas of concern, and measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.Communicate effectively:Clearly communicate engagement strategies and updates to employees across all levels through various channels, including internal communications, town halls, and team meetings.Collaborate with stakeholders:Work closely with department leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to align engagement initiatives with overall business goals and priorities.Analyze data and report findings:Track key metrics related to employee engagement, interpret data, and present actionable insights to leadership to inform decision-making.Facilitate employee recognition:Design and manage recognition programs to celebrate achievements, acknowledge contributions, and publicly reward employees for outstanding performance.Address employee concerns:Actively listen to employee feedback, identify potential issues, and work with relevant parties to address concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.Promote a positive work culture:Champion diversity, inclusion, and a positive work environment through initiatives and training programs.Stay updated on industry trends:Keep abreast of current best practices in employee engagement, emerging technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve strategies.Education

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Sociology or related field. Progressively responsible professional work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for college education.
Experience
  • Three years of professional level human resources experience; OR three years of experience managing people and programs. Graduate level education can be substituted for the years of experience on a year-for-year equivalency. Experience should include an expertise in the areas of employee relations and performance development.

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with employees at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Build rapport, actively listen, and foster positive relationships with employees across the organization.
  • Data analysis skills: Interpret data from surveys and other sources to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Project management skills: Effectively plan, execute, and monitor engagement initiatives.
  • Change management expertise: Facilitate change effectively when implementing new engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of HR practices: Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
