Responsibilities

This System Employee Health Registered Nurse opportunity is full time at 40 hours per week, offers full beneifts and a convienent day shift schedule.

Northern Nevada Health System is a regional multi-facility system that has excelled at offering quality care to residents of the greater Truckee Meadows. We have many locations across the region and in our rural communities. Northern Nevada Medical Center, a 124-bed acute care hospital in Sparks, is our flagship provider. A second hospital, Sierra Medical Center, is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in 2022. Sierra Medical Center will be the first full-service hospital built in the region in over a century.

: Provides assessment and reassessment of occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Develops and coordinates employee health education and wellness programs for the Hospital. Participates in performance improvement activities

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Nevada
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing; Master\xe2\x80\x99s preferred
• Five years clinical experience in an acute care facility
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in employee health and/or occupational medicine
• BLS
