ResponsibilitiesThe Employee Relations and Operations Consultant (EROC) offers general guidance on HR matters to employees and managers at all levels. This includes employee relations, performance management, policies, and employment law. With a focus on compliance with labor laws and fairness, the EROC provides recommendations and ensure thorough documentation of HR issues. The EROC collaborates with People and Culture teams and managers to address employee concerns. The EROC maintain records and shares trends with leadership for improvement.The work will be focused in the Transformation Office and will support the organization through a review of department performance analysis relative to identified benchmarks, conduct observation, monitoring and interviews with leaders/staff, evaluation and diagnosis, review of job descriptions, work processes, workflows and partner with leaders to ensure optimal team design.#LI-JR1RequirementsRequired Education/Experience:
