We are a laid back, loving family new to wisconsin! We have two kids, 3&1. We enjoy being outside, playing make believe, music and anything that nurtures our hearts. We also have two happy dogs and one sweet cat, they will be around but only younger dog will require being let out. Our family has always welcomed a nanny in to our lives with the mind set this is much more than a job, we want someone who wants to be here as much as we want you here and hope to have you in our lives for a long time! We are looking for someone warm, attentive, reliable and proactive to hang out with our primarily 1 year old, though some days and afternoons our 3 year old will also be there. Your primary job while there will be to play, have fun, and keep up with some busy kiddos :) we incorporate a lot of positive parenting, Reggio Emilio and attachment based techniques so our kids are very used to lots of love! They are both used to having a nanny and we cannot wait to welcome you in to our lives! Our schedule can be flexible for the right person. We would potentially consider splitting this position between two people. We live in a new development just outside of holmen with wonderful trails and parks. We hope to find a wonderful fit for our family. Our current schedule is Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 8/9-3/4 and Thursday either morning or afternoon (flexible) guarantee 20 hours but typically 25 hours a week (some a couple more some a couple less)
