Crusher - Aggregate Division:

Engineer - Aggregate (New Hampshire): We are seeking a safety minded, qualified individual to be responsible for optimizing aggregate production, including assessing existing processes, developing and testing new processes/procedures, tracking metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitoring and documenting these improvements. Duties and responsibilities for this position will include, but not be limited to; working with management in facilitating surveys, plans and development around our aggregate production operations including continual assessment of existing processes and workflows. Analyzing KPI\'s and all other information to discover areas for improvements and developing reports to document findings and propose solutions. This position will report to the VP of Aggregates and be based out of New Hampshire.

Requirements:

• Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent; 3-5 years related experience or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to complete necessary mathematical equations and have knowledge of basic algebra, plain geometry and trigonometry.
• Must demonstrate the ability to use a computer to communicate effectively. This includes but is not limited to the use of Outlook, MS Office programs, proficiency in use of AutoCad/mine planning software, and web-based programs.
• Possess a general understanding of Mine, Safety, Health, Regulations.
• The willingness to work extended hours with possible night and/or weekend work as well as overnights.
• The willingness to travel to other Pike locations throughout Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont when needed.
• A valid driver\'s license.
