Position Overview:




KODA Technologies is seeking an

Engineering Data Analyst

to support the GeoXO program, which will develop and build the nation's next-generation weather satellite constellation, Geostationary Extended Observations (GeoXO), for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).


In this role, the selected candidate will support engineering health metrics reporting, including engineering burndowns, late starts/finishes, and forecast accuracy. The role will involve managing engineering data within the SWORD dashboard and ensuring integration with program planning and schedule status meetings.

What You'll Be Doing:



Track and analyze engineering health metrics (burndowns, late starts/finishes). Maintain SWORD dashboard with real-time engineering performance data. Work with IPTs and CAMs to ensure accurate engineering work completion tracking. Support schedule merge meetings between Engineering and Program Planning. Develop engineering data visualizations to enhance decision-making. Monitor forecast accuracy and work completion trends.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:



5+ years of experience in engineering data analysis or project performance tracking. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, SWORD dashboard, or similar). Understanding of engineering planning & scheduling principles. Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or other data analytics platforms. U.S. citizenship is required
