Position Overview:

The job profile for this position is for anEngineering Management Senior Advisorwhich is a Band 4 Senior Manager Career Track Role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Designing and Developing a secure AWS Enterprise cloud platform for ENAC based on Cigna COE Designing, best practices and guidelines
• Technical Lead and provide guidance to operations and delivery teams.
• Responsible for adapting cloud technologies and drive automation needs for Evernorth Accountable Care
• Determine technical standards and specifications and lead the architecture, design, build and support of shared services cloud platform components
• Lead the performance COE team and responsible for performance enhancements and stabilization initiatives.
• Responsible for create and maintain product/software road maps..
• Provides engineering leadership and oversight on the design, engineering and development of Evernorth Accountable caresolutions
• \xe2\x80\xa2Developing rock-solid, scalable systems that will still hold up 5, 10 or 20 years from now.
• Create end-to-end Solutions that maximize alignment with target states and reuse of IT assets.
• Work closely with cross-functional business teams in a consultative manner to drive new business and/or meet compliance requirements.
• Work in close collaboration with multiple IT delivery teams in a matrix environment to influence enhancements, design, and mutual understanding of business needs.
• Provides technical expertise to teams and projects, developing capabilities via the use of new technology and products and maintaining a deep level of involvement with the development teams.
• Responsible for building delivery team consensus, and monitoring and facilitating execution of such Solutions; ensure solutions fit within project schedules and costs, providing options when required.
• Support sizing efforts within the application domains assigned and provide leadership to organize and facilitate sizing efforts provided by the team, helping to insure end to end solutions meet the business need.
• Align the Value Stream and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to a common technological and architectural vision
• Establish critical Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) at the Solution level
• Work with portfolio stakeholders, particularly Enterprise Architecture and Cloud CoE, to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of Enabler Epics
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning as needed, Pre- and Post-PI Planning, System and Solution Demos, and I&As
• Maintains updated architecture vision and decisions on Confluence.
• Assists in creating and maintaining best practices, deliverables, and processes for the System Architecture team.

Required Experience / Qualifications:

This position requires a highly motivated and collaborative person with exceptional communication skills, proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT areas on all phases of the software development life-cycle.

• 7 years of progressively responsible experience or Masters with 4 years of experience in building and implementing model- guided, enterprise-level business solutions
• Experience with AWS Services including Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, EKS, Event Bridge, SQS, SNS, S3, and RDS.
• AWS development experience, Python Lamda, Glue ETL, Elastic Search
• Experience designing with a security framework such as the AWS well-Architected Framework.
• Experience with Apache Spark and Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of Data Integration (e.g. Streaming, Batch, Error and Replay) and data analysis techniques.

• Experience in one or more programming languages Python, Java, Scala, PySpark
• Hands on Boto 3 library
• Building and scaling RDBMS (Postgres,Aurora postgres,Oracle) and NOSQL systems (Mongo,DocumentDB/Dynamodb) systems to Multi-terabytescale .
• Experience developing with containers (e.g. Docker, EKS, OpenShift, etc.).
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Experience with Security Concepts (e.g. Encryption, Identity, etc.).
• Experience with Replication technologies like Qlik,IIDR ,Golden gate and replicate the data from On premise to cloud .
• Knowledge of AWS technology stack and solution patterns
• Experience in software development phases including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications
• Experience in a variety of technologies including, but not limited to, Pega, AWS, Oracle
• Experience with Agile Methodology (sprints, kanban, backlogs, demos, retros)
