job summary:
An Engineering Manager is needed by a respected manufacturer in Indiana. Candidates need to have a BS Engineering degree and at least 4 years\' experience in leading a team in a manufacturing setting. Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus. Must have Knowledge of engineering principles, policies, and procedures. Relocation, salary, bonus and benefits.

responsibilities:
Develop & supervise R&D plans, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget in accordance to the strategic plan and road map.

Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and prioritization around roadmap, product development, and budgets.

Instrument process and methods to manage the R&D team, building prototypes and product specs.

Improve design processes and methods for cost reduction, quality improvement, safety and efficiency.

Identifies key R&D priorities and mange respective projects and progression.

Recommends and implements improvements to processes, methods and controls.
