• Ability to obtain Security Clearance
• Associates degree in Science, Electronics or equivalent OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Experience in training individuals
• Ability to handle multiple high priorities; comfort with ambiguity
• Must possess basic MS Office skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointxe2x80xa6

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with various forms of deposition processes (e-beam evaporation, sputtering) and wet etching processes
• Experience writing MS Access queries
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software; Minitab, JMP, SASxe2x80xa6
• Ability to collaborate with all facets of the Night Vision organization
• Comfortable with self-initiating business and professional improvements
• Ability to support the organizational culture and build morale
