GROW is a Boulder County based landscape design-build and fine garden maintenance company with an emphasis on exemplary customer service. We specialize in native and native adapted vegetation and place a high value on environmentally friendly practices and modern design language. GROW services are oriented toward single family, estate and commercial properties. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Ideal candidates have the following qualifications
- Ability to organize and lead a team
- Ability to read architectural drawings and layout a project
- Ability to layout and install lawn and garden irrigation systems
- Ability to layout, excavate and erect stone, block and timber retaining walls
- Ability to layout and install stone flatwork
- Carpentry skills
- Handling and planting vegetation including large trees
- Experience operating skid steers and compact excavators for the purposes material handling, excavation and finish grading
- Experience forming and placing architectural concrete is a plus
- Experience using 3D grade control tools is a plus
- Experience operating a snow plow
- Attention to detail and quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Bilingual, English/ Spanish is a plus

- Must have valid Colorado Drivers License
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outside for long periods of time.
