Our Account Executives are experienced, driven, and agile. They are also proven collaborators and winners.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Close deals and exceed new and expansion sales quotas in a U.S. region via assigned global accounts (many regions available).
Understand prospective and existing customer needs/wants, budgets, decision-makers, timelines, and challenges.
Sell strategically, creatively, and thoughtfully.
Develop trusted relationships with our partners to accelerate sales cycles (Microsoft, Salesforce, others).
Drive opportunities quickly through discovery, demo, value signaling, proposals, negotiations, and closings.
Evangelize the Bryj value and story to your network.
Continuously contribute to improving our sales processes so they are constantly pursuing world-class status.
Skills & Experience:
8+ years of quota-carrying selling experience with a proven track record of success.
Mid-market to enterprise selling success.
Incredibly driven with a sense of urgency to close deals.
Highly accountable and self-motivated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-growth, rapidly changing SaaS environment.
Know the mobile app and ultra-scale cloud ecosystems.
Proven ability to build a territory.
Strong attention to detail, especially in complex contract negotiations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
History of eloquently delivering narrative using stories and slides to any level or function of an organization.
Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM proficiency.
Proof of past relationships that created value at Salesforce and Microsoft.
Track record of closing six and seven-figure SaaS deals.
