POSITION PURPOSE
Vail Resorts is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst, Enterprise Testing. The goal of the Senior Test & Learn Analyst is to uphold statistical best practices in test design and analysis for stakeholders, ultimately ensuring tests support meaningful business outcomes and optimizations for our Go-To-Market strategy. This is not a role for a developer conducting QA or UAT in front-end or back-end environments.
This role will report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Testing and support testing across our various line of businesses (e.g. Season Pass, Ski/Ride School, Rentals, and Hospitality). This includes reporting on the effectiveness of tests across our marketing channels, as well as drawing insights to inform future testing in alignment with Go-To-Market planning.
