Overview
We are offering a total of $1500.00 Hiring Incentive as follows: $750 after 6 months of employment; $750 after 12 months of employment (subject to your current tax rates).
All candidates offered a position are required to pass a drug test.
This position is available on all shifts, Entry Level/Clean-Up keeps the Sawmill clean, safe, and operational. This is a full time entry level position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced equipment in the facility to cover breaks. Wage is at $22.00 per hour plus a shift differential. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site\xe2\x80\x99s target goals.
Entry Level is just the first step towards a long list of exciting and diverse job opportunities available at Hampton. As you are trained on different jobs in each department to assist with breaks, you will gain the job experience to be able to apply internally when advanced positions with increased wages become available. Hampton also maintains a state-accredited Apprenticeship program, where employees can apply to attend college and develop the skills needed to receive Journeyman status in skilled trade positions such as millwright or electrician, with all the required classes paid for by the company.
