Complete Care is a multi-disciplinary practice serving patients who have been injured in auto accidents. - We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant for our Leesburg Office. This individual must have a great personality, can strive in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and be willing to perform a wide range of tasks within the workplace. Job responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Assisting with scheduling notes and data entry.

Record patient medial history.

Record patient vitals.

Scribe patient/provider interaction.

Miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned by the doctor.

Requirements:

Responsible, organized, and detailed oriented.

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

A team player with a positive attitude and a great personality.

Computer Literate including solid Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel and Word.

Experience in customer service and handling telephone calls and emails.

Full-Time Hours:

Monday: 8am-5pm (Lunch: 11:40am-1pm)

Tuesday: 10am-6pm (Lunch: 12:40pm-2pm)

Wednesday: 8am-5pm (Lunch: 11:40am-1pm)

Thursday: 8am-5pm (Lunch: 11:40am-1pm)

Friday: 9am-2pm
