As a Services Contracts Representative, you will be responsible for implementing proven sales strategies to increase customer awareness and drive leads.
You'll handle inbound requests from potential customers, provide guidance and information about our services, visit prospective customers and promote our services in a professional and engaging manner.
You'll also work closely with our service fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery of services and high customer satisfaction.
To qualify, you should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal),
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Relevant experience in service fulfillment or customer service is a plus..
