Entry Level Sales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will support sales and marketing efforts within a retail setting, assist with customer engagement, and contribute to team development.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product inquiries and sales transactions.
Support the management team in meeting sales and service goals.
Provide guidance and training to team members.
Maintain positive client and customer relationships.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
Comfortable working in a retail environment and engaging with customers.
