The Village at Victory Lakes, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring an Environmental Service Floor Technician who is customer focused to become a part of a healthcare company whose mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy. Hours available in Skilled Nursing:

• Full time: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm

Location: The Village at Victory Lakes, 1055 E Grand Ave, Lindenhurst, IL 60046

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the all parts of our community is kept clean and presentable for residents and guests.
• Stripping. sealing, and waxing all resilient flooring installed throughout the campus. Including: Mopping, buffing, burnishing, and restoring.
• Cleaning and maintaining all carpet installed throughout the facility.
• Performs Housekeeping duties throughout the entire facility to ensure the community is kept clean and presentable for residents and guests
• Must be able to work in both housekeeping and laundry areas as needed.

Required skills and qualifications:

• High School diploma/pursing GED or diploma
• Prefer to have 1 year experience in resilient and carpert care.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
