Equipment Maintenance Technician An Equipment Maintenance Technician, also known as a Maintenance Mechanic, plays a crucial role at Atlas Cleaning & Restoration to ensure the smooth operation of our Restoration and Cleaning operations. Their responsibilities include performing ongoing maintenance tasks, Cleaning Equipment, addressing repairs, and maintaining safety standards. Here are the key duties and qualifications for this role: Duties and Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance:
- Work to ensure equipment is always clean and ready for our technicians.
- Inventory and monitor equipment at job sites.
- Clean Equipment and Restock to Shelves
- Address broken or damaged equipment.
- Daily Vehicle Cleaning and Maintenace schedule
- Maintain and Clean Facility.
- Preventative Measures:
- Identify and fix potential safety hazards to prevent injuries.
- Refresh the building\xe2\x80\x99s appearance by painting faded or chipped surfaces.
- Major Repairs:
- Schedule Major Vehicle and Equipment Repairs with the appropriate Venders.
- Inspect machinery, on A regular basis for Problems.
- Fix equipment malfunctions promptly to prevent further deterioration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in repairing and maintaining equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and find effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to standards.
- Communication: Effective communication with team members and building occupants.
