:

  • Design, develop, implement, and analyze the installation and maintenance processes for company equipment and plants.
  • Recommend alterations to the development and design of plants and equipment to improve overall quality.
  • Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures to develop corrective actions.
  • Develop improvements to enhance equipment reliability and scalability.
  • Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
  • Develop and oversee pre-and-post trip programs and procedures.
  • Monitor and develop methods to reduce equipment failures.
  • Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Provide support for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
  • Develop cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
  • Provide job assistance and conduct job trainings for employees on equipment as needed.
  • Act as a contact and expert for equipment performance related questions and concerns.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of analyzing telemetry data with defined criteria to create BI dashboards and communicate key findings to team members
  • Knowledge of JDEdwards software
  • Knowledge of PowerBI
  • Knowledge of investigating and reporting on root cause analysis on equipment and equipment software and following up with corrective actions
  • Knowledge of the mechanical and technical aspects of operating heavy machinery
  • Knowledge of conducting time and efficiency studies on fuel consumption and developing improved processes based on findings
  • Knowledge of developing and applying methods to measure the performance of equipment and providing feedback on improvements
  • Knowledge of maintaining and overseeing equipment and plant prevention maintenance programs along with pre-and-post trip programs
  • Knowledge of overseeing GPS programs including Cat VisionLink, John Deere, JD Link, Samsara and TopCon
  • Knowledge of verifying equipment quality in the field and fixing equipment deficiencies
  • Knowledge of proper maintenance and operation of aggregate plants and asphalt plants
  • 10% domestic and international travel required
