JOB SUMMARY:

As a member of the Enterprise Systems Group, you will deliver multiple software implementations via consulting activities from kickoff to Go-Live, on time, on budget and to the agreed scope, as well as provide ongoing client support.

REPORTS TO: Manager, Enterprise Systems Group

DIRECT REPORTS: None

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

\xc2\xb7 Be the trusted advisor to clients on system configuration and implementation, using Epicor\'s signature methodology for problem identification, implementation, documentation, testing and training

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with customers to determine needs, and contribute to solution design as well as overall business strategy

\xc2\xb7 Interpret requirements data and identify any gaps between current state of purchased modules and desired functionality in future state

\xc2\xb7 Manage project issues and coordinate activities and schedules with both clients and internal team members in order to resolve in an effective and timely manner

\xc2\xb7 Assist with generating quote specifications and proposal generation

\xc2\xb7 Ability to adhere to project timelines and meet Service Level Agreement goals

\xc2\xb7 Provide support for clients in a help desk capacity and assist in troubleshooting application questions

\xc2\xb7 Provide on-site training and consulting for clients if necessary

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc2\xb7 Maintain daily timesheet and expense report entries and submit them accurately and timely

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as required Requirements:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

\xc2\xb7 High level (Intermediate) of proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint

\xc2\xb7 Experience (Intermediate) with ERP Solutions such as Infor Visual, Syteline, Epicor, Great Plains etc

\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Pleasant and professional demeanor in all client and internal communications

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task

\xc2\xb7 Strong organization skills and ability to operate efficiently throughout daily tasks

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & KNOWLEDGE:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor level degree

\xc2\xb7 CPA Preferred

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing accounting position or financial consulting for an ERP software

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge in supply chain/distribution desirable

\xc2\xb7 Proven success in ERP software project implementation and deployment across multi-business verticals

\xc2\xb7 Use of computer and office equipment

\xc2\xb7 Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

\xc2\xb7 Performs all administrative functions expected at this level

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

\xc2\xb7 Ability to schedule for evening or weekend work occasionally

\xc2\xb7 Valid driver\'s license in your state of residence and reliable personal vehicle
