Game Hosts & Conductors are the face of our company and their interactions with our clients are the most important aspect of our business. It is a position which requires excellent interpersonal skills, lots of multi-tasking, and the ability to learn and retain lots of information. There is much more to it than just watching someone on a monitor. Some of the responsibilities include: -Greeting customers We regularly entertain groups of up to 20 people at one time. Candidates must have the ability to speak comfortably in front of large groups, energetically explaining the premise of the game while clearly providing rules and safety guidelines. -Monitoring live events All of our Adventures are multi-room scenarios. Candidates will need to multi-task between monitoring events, interacting with clients and resetting games. This requires an intimate working knowledge of our puzzles which are incredibly complex. -Game Reset There is a limited time window in order to accomplish this as many of our reservations run back to back. Resetting also requires an intimate knowledge of our puzzles and may require some minor repairs and troubleshooting on occasion. -Social Media / Email Marketing Candidates who display aptitude in this capacity may be given the opportunity to assist with our marketing efforts as well. There is room to grow in our relatively young business and the position being offered may become full-time, however, at this time we are only seeking part-time assistance. Ideal Candidates should: Be available nights & weekends. The vast majority of available shifts will fall during these times so it is of the utmost importance that candidates not only be available but prefer to work nights and weekends. Have experience working with or speaking in front of groups of people Present well and in a professional manner Be dependable (reliability is imperative as are character references) Have the ability to learn and retain information quickly and efficiently Think that you might be a good fit?
