Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced

Title Closer / Escrow Officer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring compliance with

state regulations, ALTA Best Practices, and company policies

. This role requires

attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously.



Essential Functions



Review and Interpret Contracts:

Analyze purchase and sale agreements, commitments, and related documents to ensure compliance with closing requirements.

Document Preparation:

Prepare and organize all necessary closing documents for transactions.

Client Communication

: Ability to communicate requirements and other information to clients including title exceptions and closing requirements

Compliance & Best Practices:

Adhere to ALTA Best Practices and company policies, including completing wire fraud training and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Closing & Post-Closing Duties:

Facilitate the closing process, ensure timely recording of transaction documents, verify receipt, disburse funds and distribute final documents to clients.

Team Collaboration:

Provide support to other escrow team members as needed to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Education



Minimum:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field.

Experience



Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
Pay Range $45,000.00 - $75,000.00
