Estimator / Vehicle Diagnostic Leader

Job Overview

This leadership role is responsible for executing our vehicle estimating processes, helping simplify how we diagnose and explain these complex EV repair procedures and effectively bill for them, resulting in easy, quick, and frictionless settlement. You'll be responsible for the first step in our vehicle repair process, conducting thorough part-by-part assessments of disassembled vehicles and creating detailed repair estimates. Experience in the automotive industry is not required - we will train the right candidate to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

Perform systematic inspections of disassembled vehicles Document damage and necessary repair procedures in a clear, organized manner Lead the diagnostic technicians and assign vehicles accordingly to maintain production flow Write estimates on vehicles after the diagnostic process is complete using CCC, ensuring accurate estimates with every part of the vehicle accounted for. Assign elements of the estimate to various work areas of the shop using our management system
