Responsibilities:

Manage the pick-up and drop-off of keys Ensure restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked Restock cleaning supplies as needed Sweep and mop floors Vacuum carpets and rugs Dust, disinfect, and sanitize surfaces Empty trash cans and replace liners

Basic Qualifications:

Authorized to work in the U.S. Minimum age 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests if hired Clear criminal background check Adaptable to change and flexible in work environments Strong team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Honest, dependable, and able to work autonomously or with a team Self-driven and open to learning new cleaning methods Always punctual and reliable for shifts Detail-oriented with strong time management skills Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Neat, professional appearance Strong verbal and written communication skills
