Vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccine requirements are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption. Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work.

The Optical Control Clerk II is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door. In this role, you will be reporting to the Supervisor of Optical Scanning and focusing on batching, scanning, and indexing medical record documents into the Electronic Medical Record for review by clinicians, researchers, and administrative staff.

You will:

• Prepare, scan, and index documents into the EMR with attention to detail and effectiveness
• Perform QA on processed documents to ensure accuracy
• Maintain required logs and reports accurately and thoroughly
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and other Center employees ensuring a high level of customer service

You are:

During Training: M-F (4PM-12 Midnight)

Post Training: Sunday (10AM-6PM), Monday-Thursday (4PM-12 Midnight)
