Process weekly payroll, including time entry verification and distribution
Schedule and coordinate product deliveries with logistics partners
Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
Order and manage office supplies
Provide administrative support to management team
Assist with basic HR functions including onboarding paperwork
Coordinate internal meetings and take meeting notes
Support quality control documentation as needed
Assist with basic inventory tracking and reporting
