Location: Hybrid = Some days required to be at BGCP Admin Building, 8203 SE 7th Ave, Portland, OR 97202. Other days remote.
Classification: Full-time/Salary
Salary: $55K - 65K Annually

BGCP is currently searching for an Executive Assistant & Board Liaison. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant & Board Liaison functions as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on behalf of the CEO. The Executive Assistance & Board Liaison also supports the CEO and manages the administrative office. The Executive Assistant & Board Liaison works at the intersection between the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors and must exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, display strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant & Board Liaison must be creative and enjoy working within an environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The Executive Assistant & Board Liaison will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
