What This Position is All About As the Executive Assistant (EA), you are responsible for managing and coordinating key tasks for a select group of C- Suite executives within SFA. The Executive Assistant performs a wide variety of administrative and project support to the corresponding Executives. The Executive Assistant demonstrates a high level of trust and confidentiality in their communications and support to leadership, which is crucial to the efficient and professional operation of the team and leaders. You Also Have:
  • Relevant experience working with an executive team in a corporate environment is a plus Expert level proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent time management skills
As The Executive Assistant You Will:
  • Effectively manage calendars and schedules, prioritize appointments and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotel accommodation, car rental, and providing directions
  • Ensures all expense claims are reconciled and submitted in a timely manner Prioritize emails, phone and in person inquiries and respond accordingly
  • Drafts, seeks approval, and sends out communications as per Executive\'s request
  • Provides general information and refers inquiries to appropriate contacts Creates engaging executive presentations Organizes and schedules meetings and special events including creating agendas, contacting participants, booking rooms, organizing catering, and arranging for travel/parking as required
  • Efficiently assist with planning executive meetings, offsites, summits as needed
  • Assisting with projects as assigned Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Salary and Other Compensation: The starting salary for this position is between $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
