• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the Healing Hand Foundation organization\xe2\x80\x99s fiscal function and performance
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action
• Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges
• Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization\xe2\x80\x99s mission and voice
• Create business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board
• Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching team of managers
• Ensure adherence of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s daily activities and long term plans to established policies and legal guidelines
• Implement annual fundraising goals through giving campaigns, grants, special events, individual and vendor mailings, planned giving, endowments, and other fundraising opportunities available to SEARHC
• Direct and oversee investments and all fundraising efforts for the organization
• Communicate with SEARHC Patient Experience to confirm patient requests for services/durable medical goods as needed
• Promote understanding of the mission, goals, and objectives of HHF\xe2\x80\x99s and SEARHC\xe2\x80\x99s clients and programs
• Act as public speaker and public relations representative of the organization in ways that will continue to strengthen its profile
• Implement program goals achieved through community outreach; educational presentations, and public relations activities, and public relations activities that promote greater understanding of HHF\xe2\x80\x99s and SEARHC\xe2\x80\x99s mission
• Forge and maintain relations of trust with shareholders and partners
• Meet with HHF committees: Endowment, Fundraising/Public Relations, Executive and Steering Committees
• Accurately organize and maintain donor records in the HHF Donor Database
• Provide follow up with each contributor with an acknowledgement and update database
• Continual evaluation of the community and seek new opportunities for donors, grants, community involvement and membership into HHF
• Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Additional Details:Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as Executive Director or in other managerial position
• Experience in developing strategies and plans
• Ability to apply successful fundraising and networking techniques
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
• In depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices
• An analytical mind capable for \xe2\x80\x9cout-of-the-box\xe2\x80\x9d thinking to solve problems
• Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills
• Degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field
