Job Description


:The Executive Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing top-tier executive talent for the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their specific leadership needs, conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Executive Recruiters utilize various channels, including networking and industry events, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. Beyond traditional recruitment responsibilities, they serve as strategic advisors, providing insights into market trends, advising on talent acquisition strategies, and actively promoting diversity and inclusion within the candidate selection process.Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages full life cycle recruitment process including kick-off meetings, candidate research and development, interviews and offer stages.
  • Communicates and collaborates effectively with senior leaders, Human Resources Partners and candidates to build strong professional relationships, identify and resolve issues on time and reduce the cycle time for open positions
  • Identifies, sources, and attracts high-level executive candidates through various channels such as networking, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Conducts thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, client interactions, and market intelligence in the recruitment database.
  • Proactively champion diversity recruitment initiatives by ensuring a diverse candidate pool, promoting inclusive hiring practices, and collaborating with clients to foster diverse leadership within their organizations.
  • Keeps current with new recruiting and sourcing techniques as well as industry trends, competitor landscapes, and talent market dynamics to provide strategic insights to clients and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Provides input to the Compensation department on market and equity issues including information on current market trends and other "front line" input
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in recruitment, including 2 years of executive or management-level recruitment
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an executive search firm environment is highly preferred
  • Experience working in healthcare is highly preferred
