Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a strong ability to negotiate and collaborate with various stakeholders while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Duties



Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales administration team to ensure accurate processing of client accounts and documentation. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients to maximize satisfaction and retention. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Assist in benefits administration as needed, ensuring clients understand their options and coverage.

Requirements



Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Experience in collaboration sales techniques is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable for effective client interactions. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the company. A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
