HEAD BASEBALL COACH
Full-Time ExemptThe Head Baseball Coach position is Open Until Filled so that we can find the ideal candidate for our amazing team.Are you interested in pushing the boundaries of what education could be for a dynamic community college in a beautiful rural setting? Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in athletic administration, operations management, or related field, with a focus on managing sports facilities and programs.
• Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team building, staff management, and development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for athletes, coaches, and community members.

Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:

• Master's degree preferred.
